Shipping Policy:
All orders received by 12:00 PM EST will generally be shipped the same day. Orders
placed after 12:00 PM EST will generally be shipped the next business day.
Shipment method is at the discretion of Bolts & Nuts, Inc.
FOB point is Bolts & Nuts, Inc. dock. All freight charges are prepaid and added
to the buyers invoice.
Return Policy:
Merchandise may not be returned for any reason without first obtaining authorization
from Bolts & Nuts, Inc. Returns shipments must include Bolts & Nuts, Inc. supplied
RMA document: otherwise, credit to the buyers account may be refused.
Only product shipped from Bolts & Nuts, Inc. warehouse will be authorized for return.
Merchandise returned for any reason other than product defect or an error by Bolts
& Nuts, Inc. will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the
merchandise as billed.
Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition in order
to receive credit.
